We had a bad experience with a previous shower remodel in 2022—poor tile installation caused leaks, and the space ended up too narrow. In May 2025, we turned to Zayn Tiles for a full renovation, and we’re so glad we did!
Mr. Julka helped us choose the right tiles based on space, style, and budget. The store offers high-quality products without an overwhelming selection, which made things easy.

Great service and price. The owner of the place himself shows you all the flooring options. Edgar Molina is probably the best floor sales person in Houston. He made sure the job was done right and in timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

I am extremely happy with my porcelain tile, great quality and price. They will match prices, work with your budget and look into what you need and want. Edgar Molina went above and beyond to find the tile floor I truly wanted, he is professional, and very knowledgeable regarding the products and material. I get compliments on my floors all the time from family and friends. Thank you Tile Center,
