Everything went smoothly from picking out flooring, installation and finishing with trim. The husband and wife who put down the laminate flooring was quick and efficient. Both went straight to work and cleaned up as they went. Quarter round was installed next day and they also did a great job. Very pleased with our decision to use Yates.

I had a great experience with Yates. Nathan Allen was great to work with from start to finish! He was very responsive and helpful with recommendations and fitting into our schedule. The crew that installed the carpet also did a great job and were very nice.

The floor installers were friendly, professional and fast. The installers for the 1/4 rounds did a fast job, matched the molding colors perfectly and filled in any spaces and covered all the nails perfectly.
We are more than happy with the final product & Yates sales person Jason with his help in selecting the right floor and installers.
