Great experience. Very helpful throughout the whole process of replacing nearly 75% of the home's floorspace with laminate. Felt very welcome during initial consultation at showroom appreciated the quick response to get an onsite estimate. Delivery of product was ontime and the install wet off without issues. Crew even moved some furniture that they were not required to. Very professional

Wow. What a great experience. It’s always stressful trying to get all the details in line once you decide to go forward with getting floors done. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any service provider of any kind. Our initial impression when we started out was positive based on our experience with the in house sales person. She was pleasant and helpful, but that's where it all ended.
When the owner Chris came out to measure he seemed rushed and disinterested in what he was doing. As a result, he missed an important detail

The owners and staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Wylie Carpet & Tile and with the quartz countertops that I selected. They coordinated the countertop installation, and the plumbing for the my new faucets, reconnects, and the new turn-off valves.

I have had the best experience working with Wylie Carpet. Chris was very responsive and prompt from my initial call. I went to his showroom to pick out flooring and I was scheduled just a few weeks later. Wendy and Chris of Wylie Carpet & Tile are outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
The installation crew MANNY and family are out of this world. Job was started 1 week earlier than planned and finished. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the carpet reinstall was done so promptly and looks brand new.
