Ermalinda the branch manager is an amazing lady!!! We came to her in a bind and she took the time even after the office closed to take the time and make sure we left her office with the amount we asked for and a forever office we can contact! Highly recommend working with Ernalinda!!

Called over the phone to see about getting a loan to catch up on bills and spoke with Ermalinda Gonzales who helped me. Very professional and sweet! Came into office got everything done in a timely manner and her profession was even better in person. Will definitely be coming back!
