While I love the quality of their products, the customer service and issues I've had has caused me to give this rating. As of this time I have only received half of an order I place July 2024! The owner called and stated they apologized for the issue and would get right on it. I have called and emailed to follow-up and have yet to receive the rest of my products or a response. The most unprofessional vendor I’ve ever worked with. Poor communication. Didn’t have the project completed in time then the day he was supposed to ship the item, he decided to refund the $ Instead of following through. Not a serious business person. Patronize at your own risk.
