This is the first time my husband and I have visited the store. I was shocked at how big it was. We didn’t purchase anything, it was more to get acquainted with the inventory. There seemed to be a steady line being rung out at the register which seemed good. There was also a “live” Facebook video going on towards the back.
I personally do not know anything about this craft but came with my husban

Awesome store. My husband visits this store every once in awhile, and it's always so clean and organized! Even I enjoy coming to this store.
The associates at the store are super nice too. Thank you Joshua, Michael, and Mark for all your super friendly help!

I highly recommend taking their classes if you are wanting to get started on woodworking, but don't know where to start. I have taken their basic woodworking and hand tool classes with Howard and both were amazing! I went in not ever using a power tool or hand tool before. As you can imagine, I was nervous and ready to embarrass myself, but Howard never made me feel that way. He took the time to e

Went into Woodcraft on Plano Pkwy in Plano. I’m interested in a Jet wood lathe. I was totally ignored by the employees. I would have let them know how unhelpful they were except they didn’t even acknowledge me when I was leaving. Won’t be back. I’ll buy on line I guess.

Horrible customer service. Nothing but frowns when you walk in. The older man at the register had the audacity to say this at check out “if you bring this sander paper back to return it with any missing we will count and check the box”. very good selection of all sorts of things. the two employees there were chatting to each other and one of them helped me out and was very happy to answer my questions. Went in to get a couple new knives and asked what he would recommend and was given a variety of options. Great store with a huge selection of wood working tools and a wide variety of beautiful woods. I am a beginner and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. These are not part-time high school students working the register, but seasoned woodworkers and you can definitely sense their expertise. Highly recommend!

Updating my original review:
Initially I had a very negative experience. There was an error with a store pickup and a very dismissive and hollow apology. However, both the owner and the manager reached out to me directly to make right the situation, which I truly appreciate.
I will certainly shop there again given their commitment to make things right.
