I've been here for about a week. I just moved in. So far so good. When looking for apartments, this one had the most decent reviews with the primary complaint being the water temperature. I asked the leasing consultant (who was very helpful for me) about the water issue and she said it had been resolved. The property operates on a boiler system so be aware of that before applying. I just moved into Wood Hollow Apartments, and so far I’m really happy with my experience. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful with any questions I’ve had. The apartment was clean and in great condition when I arrived — everything looks just like it did during the tour. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I already feel at home here.

Was here for five years! Craig was the kindest and would do anything to ensure you were in good hands. Once he left the customer service went with it. The new management sees you as a number not a person which is a bummer. They are working to make the complex nicer but there is always trash everywhere. Random homeless people walking through. Had stuff stolen off my porch and my car broken into. Ov

Living at wood hollow has been a very quiet experience. I personally haven’t had any issues within my apartment and staff has been very responsive to emails.

If I could rate less I would. I've been robbed here 3 times and "the camera's are just for show" with reports to the police. The apartments get sold 2 times since I move din and they billed me 650 dollars for a "cleaning and painting fee" when I cleaned up myself because I had a non refundable deposit. Do not live here.

I recently toured Wood Hollow Apts ..-The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests.
