Run. This company has no integrity and does not stand by its work.
We have documented proof that our floors were installed incorrectly, and now we’re dealing with the consequences. When we contacted the company about our tile literally falling apart due to installation errors, their response was essentially, “Not our problem,” because the one-year warranty had expired.
A warranty means very little

If you are researching flooring companies for personal use, take this company off of your list. I am having to endure them via Perry Homes Builder and it has been a horrific experience. I have been trying to get issues with our original carpet install addressed since December, and it is now almost mid May I have had 3 appointments with no shows along with endless phonecalls just trying to get thos

Builder grade, low quality work. Had them out to my house a few times because of some new home warranty work needing to be fixed. Every visit had to be rescheduled because the worker showed up with the wrong materials. Missing grout around tile work was "fixed" by adding another thin layer of grout and replaced a few crooked tiles. Shortly after that thin layer started falling off and my shower fl

Wisenbaker San Antonio was amazing! Sherry was such a pleasure to work with and was on top of every detail and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their crews are tidy and professional and were fantastic at getting the job done correctly in a timely manner. These guys don't waste any time getting truck traffic in & out. Parking lot is cluttered early in the morning with pickups loading building supplies.
