I’ve been living in this complex for almost four years now, and today was my last day. I spent the entire night cleaning that apartment, steam cleaning every nook and cranny, and even removing the cracks. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Despite all my efforts, they still have the audacity to charge me a cleaning fee and treat me like an idiot. It’s disrespectful to u

After thoroughly researching apartments in the area, I decided to go with Windsor Estates. I’m happy with my decision. My leasing agent, Tailey, truly took the initiative to make sure my experience was stress-free, even after a hiccup with units.
It’s hard to fully trust businesses these days, but this experience genuinely felt like they have their renters’ best interests at heart.

When we first moved in. Things went great! Devyn was a very good attentive manager for the property. She handled every request we had with urgency and like it was her own living space.
But she could only do so much.
