The front office has always had poor communication skills since I moved in here. Good luck getting anyone to answer questions or receive any call backs like they say they will. I moved out March 30th, and I’m still pending my refund for damages to the apt, which I paid with no issues because I knew I was liable for them. I got towed from my own parking spot that I pay for and the apartment manager was absolutely clueless. She said “it’s 3rd party nothing I can do.” This place has had 4 managers in the last few months. They have a ton of hidden fees too and they won’t tell you until it’s move in day. Every manager they hire gets worse and worse.

Me and my family have nothing but great experiences while living here! Super safe location adjacent to a variety of shopping needs. The new management handles their business! They always answer our calls and honor our maintenance requests. Thank you Willow Ridge!

Worst decision in my life moving here. I put a mantience request in a month ago . Ceiling leaks every time it rains. No one to this day has come and completed a work order. I advise you not to rent from these people.

Negative star. Don't stay here. They keep your deposit and charge you for poorly surfaced counters. One of their workers stole my watch and they did nothing

Had to leave a review. I lived here for 2 years and i would have leased again however i needed bigger space. The units are hardly ever vacant specially the 2/2 which is what i was waiting for but it seems like everyone stays so no e become available. Its a great place! The new management is great. Romina is awesome! Very understanding and super nice. Maintenance is so awesome. Anytime I submitted

🚨 DON’T MOVE HERE! These townhomes are trash. Cracks throughout the walls, old fashioned “classic” cabinets, and rushed repairs! Not even worth the hassle. They used to add a $1.00 EFT fee with rent payments that magically stopped. These owners are scammers. I discussed with several tenants how they hated living here. Rating it a star was too much. They really should turn these into low income ho
