Willow replaced our upstairs carpets. Excellent quality of carpet at a good price. Much better than the box store deal even with their 50% discount. Got a higher quality carpet with a longer warranty at a lower price. Installation was amazing. Four rooms plus hallway and stairs done in one day. Looks awesome! I have tried contacting the company numerous times with no prevail. These floors have been the absolute bane of my existence. We had Willow install these floors approximately 5 years ago and were ghosted as soon as the job was done. We got excellent service. We shopped around before choosing willow floors for our carpet replacement. Nick not only match the price, but he beat it. We got some pretty good insights from him. He did not offer any quotes blindly, rather gave an accurate estimate after measuring the unit in person to reduce the carpet wastage before placing an order. He was honest and thoroughly professional.

Edit - after a few months, this company did make it right and come fix the carpet pulling back from the wall. You just have to contact them a lot! :) The seam is still very unsightly, but there is not much that can be done other than replacing it all. So editing my star value.

Worst experience ever. I paid 13K to install flooring in my house and it's all crap, from the product to the team to the contractor who did the job, the worst experience is with post service issues and the lack of respect and commitment and knowledge and company values to their clients.

I reached out to them to get some information because I found a payment to them on my bank statement. When I called to ask about it, the guy who answered wouldnt say who he was or what company he represented. Then he said I was wrong and hung up on me. Hes very rude! Very suspicious. Don't do business with them!

We worked with Greg at Willow Floors and had excellent experience, he helped us with all the questions that we had. We got some samples to the house and Greg worked with us to select the color. He did the measurement and within 24 hours we got the estimate.
