Steel Piers— The double-walled steel pier we utilize is installed from directly under the grade beam of the home. No brackets are used and no bending moment is created. Also, the pier employs a smaller pipe inside the outer pipe which gives tremendous resistance to any bending and rusting fatigue. Steel piers are highly recommended in high water way areas (lakefront) or in areas of DFW where the soil has a higher clay content which leads to more shifting and moving over time.

I got several quotes for Foundation Repair, but most everyone gave me lo g stories and expensive quotes but Roger cane over from Williamsonfoubdatio. Repair and told me there is no need for any repair, these were structural cracks and nothing to do with Foundation. He was very clear, upfront and honest and showed me drawings etc..I highly recommend them...truly honest !@

Simply put...look at the tools they used-RUSTY PIERS and sent out what looked like two high schoolers to do the work on my home. I had already paid and couldn't get a refund. The warranty is TRASH! The fact that I had to have plumbing work due to faulty lifting...I WOULD BE DUMB TO HAVE WILLIAMSON COME DO ANY FURTHER FOUNDATION WORK. I lost money to them...then had to pay a plumber an additinal$

I had Williamson install a French drain and tie gutters into it. They came when they said they would, they cleaned up good and were professional. Office staff was easy to get in touch with for questions. They did have to come back out for a minor fix to the repair, but they fixed it to my satisfaction.
