Ace had the best price on a product that I use on a regular basis. I placed my order online and received notification when it was ready. Easy peasy, I walked in the store was greeted by an employee and picked up my purchase. I have shopped at Ace here and elsewhere finding what I need and of good quality.

Couldn't ask for a more helpful and friendly store. They knew exactly what I was looking for and walked me right to it. Great store, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them for all your hardware needs.

Pretty annoyed, look online for stock on charcoal and it says one price… and see the same price in store only 3 bags and they have brickettes labeled one way and lump labeled another I grab 20 lb bag only one in store. Then I go to scan it instead of the price where it was located being 13.99 they scan it up for 25.99 and instead of helping me they recommend another brand that cost more. Pretty an

I have and old staple gun forgot how to work it but a employer by the name Chase was on the case he showed me how and explain how the safety feature works also ,I will always come back to Ace hardware,thank you Chase..

Went is there looking for a some Christmas tree and saw one with a tag. Asked the lady in the front and just say idk and was just on her phone. Seems like they don’t want to sell.

This Ace Hardware is in my neighborhood so it is extremely convenient to make a quick trip when needing something for a project or yard work. Anytime I go in there the associates are always super friendly and helpful. And the best part is you don't have to ask for assistance. They always greet me upon entering and ask if they can help me find something specific.

Just went by ace for a t30 screwdriver.
As soon as I walked in the door, Brad greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He took me directly to where I needed to be and found it for me.
Awesome customer service.
