I paid one price for a few items, then came back a few days later and bought the same items at a higher price. When I saw the discrepancy in prices they wouldn't give back the difference in price. It was around ($70) they wouldn't return. I guess that's to much for them to refund.

sealer products that were recommended by beavers messed up our cantera tiles leaving a white film all over the edges. had to pay extra to have a cleaning service remove the sealers by buffing the floor with a sealer stripper/remover.

Nice looking place. Professionally clean and staff was attentive. Unfortunately, product i was looking to purchase was not available in store and had to pay in advance to have it ordered without a guarantee for it to arrive the day I needed it.
