Since white Cap can’t seem to put signs out for delivery drives & expects us to read people’s minds.
So when you arrive on Lancaster ave traveling westbound. 3 lane rd. Park on the right in the shoulder you’ll be pretty much on the side walk of this busy road. Walk into the building I guess the “ store “. There you’ll let them know you’re outside with a delivery for them. They will then radio the

This place is a joke if you're a Truck Driver! I deliver locally, and can't remember a time where my manager didn't have to call them and ask if they would unload me because I had been sitting there over an hour. Most of the time we get told they "forgot" we were there. We have to arrange out entire day around this stop because they don't want to work.

Great! Had delivery here, got in at 8 am, full trailer unloaded in 20 minutes. Nice people. Respect!

Had them rebuild my bosch jack hammer. When I picked it up dropped off my other one.
The first one they fixed is as good as new, hits hard.
When I came to pick up the second one it was no charge.

Worst place for delivery. Yard it’s a mess maybe a landfill looks more clean then this place and also had me waiting for two hours to get 20 pallets out of my trailer

Was unsure if I should provide a review considering I am not a direct customer. During early morning hours, I witnessed an employee walk out the gate of the truck delivery area and cut the straps connected to a truck, and proceeded to remove what appeared to be tarps from a truck parked overnight on the public road near the business entrance. Truckers with dry vans be advised, if you haven't been here before they will expect that you have. No one was clear on their directions for delivery and the white guy with the white/gray beard and hair that update me as to how things work was surprisingly rude when doing so.

I called on a Wednesday for a nail gun repair, after 15 minutes on hold, they told me it would be next Wednesday before their guy could look at it lol. These arent cars guys. There's only so many things that can be wrong on a nail gun, typical lazy spoiled big business bs, where are the mom and pop stores, these guys are rediculous. I also like how all their employees get on here and post 5 star
