Site looks promising. I haven't been in contact with them yet but the services they say they provide looks good. We plan to build on our own land in a few years and would like to use a plan we like that isn't their inventory. Their site says they will do that.

Absolutely terrible. Wouldn’t recommend using Jeff for anyone. I wouldn’t take a homeless person off the streets and put them in one of his homes. There’s so much he hasn’t finished that he’s been made aware of, it’s been a year, and he still hasn’t come back.
