My mother in law moved to the Valley and we needed a home that would be trouble-free for her, we decided to rely on a friend’s advice for new construction home and purchased an “Ethan”, really the best decision, the home has been trouble free and the few hiccups we had were basic AC items that were covered and solved under warranty, pretty much -same day-

Westwind homes sell bad homes, issues when closing. They just want close and don't care about the customer. If you want to go with a better builder, Villa Homes. I recommend it.
