I love this place. It has everything I need: plumbing, nuts, screws, bolts, gardening, grilling, bird food, you name it they have it. And actual employees who help! I could wander around in there for days and still not see it all. Highly recommend!

This store was the only place that had the specific air filter I needed for my daughter’s severe allergies. They had just closed when I arrived, but Preston stayed late to make sure I got it. Amazing customer service—you don’t see that often anymore. Highly recommend!

I needed work shorts for my husband. I know they're busy- but a nice helpful guy answered and actually went to find & check if the size I needed was available. He then kept it behind the counter for me. I really appreciated it- the website looked like there was only one very small pair left in stock. Thank u!

Always a wonderful customer service experience! Large variety of items available in store! Easy to find location with plenty of parking spaces available. Great staff and service experience! Business to business accounts available to help support the community!

Dave went above and beyond for me! I put this man thru so much trouble and he handled the situation perfectly, trying to get the exact paint color I wanted. I am very picky and I know working with me wasn’t the easiest thing. However he was so patient and eager to please. I would recommend going to him with a 10 out of 10! I am beyond happy with the product I got and the service I received! Ace ha

If you don't want to drive too far, get your building supplies at Westlake Ace Hardware. It's located by the Bobcat stadium on Knickerbocker Rd.

Rarely, if ever go in there and not find what I need! Amazing people and superior selection. Honestly, I don't care what items cost if there are actual humans checking us out at actual registers. Note to big boxes: AS LONG AS THERE IS A CHOICE, I SHALL NEVER GO BACK TO STORES WITH ROBOT CHECKOUTS!!!!!
HEB and Westlake FOREVER!! (Or at least as long as they staff the registers) Its simple Americ
