Awesome customer service. The willingness to help you find what you are looking for and explaining the products. A nice greeting when you first come in wonderful check out service. The store is clean and organized. Would highly recommend this Ace Hardware.

Best HVAC filter selection in town on a weekend.
Best selection in general of any Ace hardware in the area. Great customer service, they actually have enough staff to help you unlike many other hardware stores.

I used to love coming to this store, but I feel retail is dying and for good reason. Stores like this never hire enough employees and the service declines. I went in today to look for some battery powered lights thinking they might have a good selection. Well, they did not. I will have to go online to get what I want. Why is it the employees always seem combative even when asking basic things.

The two ladies that helped me were very supportive and helpful. They helped me find everything I needed. Peat Moss and small garden fencing. Thank you for your help and patience.

I’ll go out of my way to shop here. Employees that actually help!!! Not near as busy. Employee named DEMO is awesome and helped me when he didn’t have to. You’re gonna spend a bit more but you get what you pay for.

Always go hear for paint and stain etc. Plus they are the only ones with the favorite peanut butter pretzels.
