This used to be such a cool hardware store. Heaven forbid if you need help. The pvc is a mess. Nothings in the right bin. It’s at least 2 times more expensive than what it cost at Home Depot. It’s a shame. I used to really like this place. I walked around looking for help. None.

When I go to Ace it's usually because I'm looking for something particular, the woman who helped me find what I needed was super nice, very helpful and pretty!

Every time I go to the Ace Hardware in Midland, Texas, George Cross greets me and ask me what he can help me with. He knows my name and if he is helping someone else, he still greets you and says he will be right with you. I have never had the kind of customer service that he provides.

Very friendly and helpful staff in locating the items I needed. I haven't shopped at this store in 20 years.

Employees need more training I go in circles have to go find my phone to show them the item they have that they don’t know they carry they have it in stock and it is on the shelf, but they tell me they Do not have it yeah I can order it online and pick up in a few minutes

Excellent customer service, the workers had front doors locked, were inside laughing at us because it was 7:58 am and they didn’t have to unlock the door till 8:am. This used to be a friendly home town hardware store, now it’s the same as the other big name stores except Westlake hasn’t lowered there prices to match Home Depot or Lowe’s.

They had what I went for and it was easy to find and quick to check out. The people are friendly and give you assistance.

Ace hardware is awesome they go beyond to help folks. My A C went out Monday 8/4/25 around 2:00 pm and when I called in a service with one of the best heating and air conditioner businesses they was booked up through Tuesday into the late afternoon. My house got hotter and hotter. Tuesday morning I bought two telescoping fans from Ace to pick up for the house and my dog who was getting to hot even
