This place is where I choose to go over any other. For the people that have a Great experience yet only give a 3 Star. Hmm. Maybe the lack of 5 star lies with you and how you view the world. Yes the management is new and yes it is different. So let them get settled before you cut their legs off. This is Ace Hardware, who started DIY stuff over Home Depot and Lowes.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Selection is pretty reasonable, too, even though the stores are so much smaller than the big box ones.

Poor customer service! I intended to buy a Stihl leaf blower, and already knew which model I wanted. I made sure they had some and was pleasantly surprised to see they were $20 off. I then walked the entire store looking for an employee to assist. One guy was making keys. He was the only one on the floor. Definitely the most low-staffed Ace I've ever been to! We went to Ace to find a pocket knife. They were low on stock but found one nice enough. So the salesman wrote us a receipt and we were off. I had recently seen a small swimming pool at the Ace on Park Parkrow, and since this location was out, I decided to just go ahead and drive over, scoop a pool for my dogs and be done.
