Exceptional help today with the purchase of a Stihl FS131 Trimmer.
Called ahead to ensure it was in stock after a disappointing experience across town. Unit was ready when we arrived. Easy in, easy out. I went into the store today, on 11/1/25, looking for some screws. I had two in my purse that I needed to match and showed Sarah the paperwork with the size information. When I got to the counter, I took out my screws and realized they didn’t match. That seemed to set something off in Sarah.

I urge you NOT to even go into this place. The staff they have are not interested in customer satisfaction whatsoever! I ordered a solar screen and it was built to the wrong measurements, the screen was not taught. (Tight), And it had a flaw in the screen material. Also, the material that they used was basically just like a standard screen only slightly darker it was NOT a solar screen. They refus

Had a great experience with Dave Harris at this location. I inquired about purchasing a Traeger smoker for my fathers birthday who lives local. Dave helped me get everything as it pertained to ordered and helped make sure it was delivered on a specific day. He also sent me pictures of different spice options that my father might enjoy. This is my new go to hardware place. When their jingle says "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks", it's not just a jingle, they mean it. I switched to them in May and have only ever had great experiences. Every employee is nice, and if they can't help you they'll find someone who can. I highly recommend this Ace and switching to the helpful hardware folks.
