John Dewlen, the Westin Warranty manager, is absolutely amazing. We moved into our new home in June and were having (fixable) issues. It wasn’t the greatest experience dealing with our construction manager/sales consultant, BUT after speaking and meeting with John, he has turned this whole experience around for us.

I saw a friend’s home and chose to purchase our forever home from Westin shortly after almost 9 years ago. This home is the best example of poor workmanship. The foundation was not done right. I am deeply disappointed with the substandard workmanship and repeated issues we have experienced with the quality of our property purchased from Westin Homes. To begin, i was forced to give 1star to comment, otherwise it would be 0. We had 2 walk thru's prior to closing where small little dings on doors, walls, cabinets where to be fixed and never was. Then on closing day "because your not allowed to enter home after final walk thru eventhough damages still needed to be fixed" we enter home to still see nothing was fixed with added issues.....all kitche

I strongly advise anyone considering buying a home from Westin to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The builder and their sales team rely heavily on pressure tactics to push customers into making quick decisions, often using misleading information to create a false sense of urgency.

I worked with Bobby Williams and Lulu Alzarka directly and they were very accommodating even when some unexpected issues arose. We were able to get closed and most importantly, our client got their new home.
