Jay Moore has been my trim rep for almost 40 years. He is one of my “anchor” subs/venders. He is amazingly consistent and immediate on any of my requests. If all my subs were like him I could stay at home and build on auto pilot. Thank you for all your incredible support over the years

They absolutely cannot get their act together. Millwork shows up weeks behind with damage and no heads up. They continually bring the wrong size trim and insist that it’s right, pocket door packages are not assembled properly, pocket door trim is all wrong, and try to gaslight you when you try to get them to make it right. They have added an additional 4+ weeks to our millwork schedule by droppin

I would avoid purchasing from here. No quality control, I’m Guessing there sales guys have not worked in the field before because they don’t know how basic installation procedures of the product they sell which will cause delays and cost over runs. Slow responses and mistakes is how I would describe working with them.

Gave no notice of late arrival of shipment until day of. Shipment date was months out.
