Honestly I wish I was impressed. Noted on their business center, their staff was more than willing to bad mouth me to contractors on my property in front of my partner. An excellent experience with warranty technicians Zach and Tim. I contacted the warranty team to repair a bedroom door that would not close properly and needed more than a simple adjustment. The repair team was punctual, polite, and spent the time needed to do a good job. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. I greatly appreciate the care and quality of work from Zach and Tim.

The warranty team has come out and has done a good job of repairing the floor. The flooring was defective and they've made ever effort to rectify the problem. I'm grateful for the continued support with the reassurance that they will make it right.
