We love to shop here and we have done multiple big purchases with the store over the years. Today, we saw these chairs tagged as $159 for set of 2, while some others tagged as $290. We wanted to buy them but asked about the price difference.
The staff concluded that the items were incorrectly priced and has told us that it should be additive $159+$290 due to pricing of the shell + legs.

Excellent furniture shop with a wide variety of modern and classic designs. I bought a dining table and chairs, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The staff were very supportive and answered all my questions. Delivery was smooth and the items arrived without any damage. Highly recommended store.

This is a great store with ample inventory to choose from, and they continue to add more every week. Their instagram channel is very active with what's new. However you should carefully inspect what you are buying. We got two pieces, one turned out amazing buy, which is an entertainment media console and the other, a horrible dresser that broke apart during the delivery itself, partly due to the

I’ve been a frequent shopper of West Elm for years but this is by far the best location in DFW. It’s an outlet, but it’s always well kept and organized. I was in store yesterday and had Troy’s assistance with locating dining chairs. She’s awesome! If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping in and checking it out!

Absolutely terrible customer service from the employees in store. I’ve gone to this outlet multiple times and have made rather large purchases and my last purchase is just that (my last purchase!). Staff super nice. I always find a treasure here! Most of my bedding was purchased here at reduced prices. Found the viv swivel chair here a week ago at a huge discount over retail. Looks amazing.
