We contracted with Waterline Pools late in 2021 for the construction of a pool and outdoor cooking area. Jon did such a great job on our pool at Cedar Creek Lake. The whole process was so seamless and the pool turned out beautiful! We were so happy with this company that we are now having them build our pool in Dallas. I highly recommend Waterline Pools!

Jon and his team did a great job on our pool. It has been two years since he put our pool in, and we could not be happier with the results. After everything was installed Jon was available to resolve small issues that I would imagine are common with any newly constructed pool. I would not hesitate to recommend Waterline to a friend, and Jon would be my first choice if I ever built another pool.

Concrete pad developing pits/holes where debris and water collect. Plaster color lacks conformity. Did plasterer mix appropriately? Final check by Jonathan completed? Was told color would smooth out over time…did not happen. No response from Jonathan on the matter. He bullied me into making the final payment before plastering. Now I know why- final product is not good. Beware.

I shopped around a lot looking for a pool builder and I'm very happy with what Hayden and his team provided.
Whenever there was an issue or I had a question, I just texted Hayden and within a few minutes I would get back a reply.
My build was not an easy build. Champagne spa, water/sewage/gas reroute, burying an electrical line, and a giant wall with a built in TV and waterfalls. I asked Hayden
