This is the second bed we have bought from Waco Mattress! The buying process is super simple! The sales team does not rush or hover making the experience enjoyable and they are very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses! Anthony is amazing with delivery and set up! My experience there was just amazing. The lady that was helping me was very knowledgeable about different mattresses. She took a lot of time and was very patient with me and helped me select the perfect mattress for us with no pressure at all. They did not even charge for delivery or the removal of my old mattress.. Service was great. Catelyn answered any questions and did not pressure us, letting us try as many products as we desired. She and Carol are extemely knowledgeable about mattresses they sell. Delivery men were quick and efficient and on time. I highly recommend this business am considering myself a regular customer.

The big chains stores aren't what they used to be. Stay local, Waco Mates Center has plenty to choose from, knowledgeable and friendly sales staff and competitive pricing. They did what they said they would do and the set up crew was fast, on time, friendly and professional. Definitely give WMC a try. Thank you!

The last mattresses we bought were at a chain store, and they were okay, but we just bought new mattresses at Waco Mattress Center, and the experience was significantly better. The customer service was excellent. The young lady was friendly and knowledgeable. To top it off, the delivery men were also very friendly and helpful. Thus, it's a great place to do business.
