I wanted to check out what they had for the first time and the lady said they were open today until 5:00 it's thursday. So I drove all the way down from the other side of Waco and they've closed off the parking lot don't answer the phone.

What an amazing store! Go check it out! Super cool unique items, and an amazing mission. Kenny and his awesome team work so hard to offer such great merchandise to our community, help Habitat build homes, and keep resources out of our landfill.

Almost the same prices as buying things new. The one in killeen has much better deals and nicer people

Took 2 truck loads of stuff to donate. The guys came right out and unloaded my truck quickly and several of them thanked me for my donation. Everyone was very friendly

Found some good items here. Unfortunately, the employees and customer service was so terrible that I don't want to ever go back. I didn't receive as much as a smile from any employee not to mention they were all standing around mean mugging so you're too scared to ask them any questions. I've met happier employees at prisons. It's such a shame those jobs are taken by people who couldn't care less.

I’m an older person, and have been visiting for a long time. The staff have always been helpful and charitable. The prices are fair 99 percent of the time. I have to say Jessie Tortilla Factory is a rock throw away on Webster and after shopping here I go over to Jessie’s for spicy pork tamales! It makes a nice little outing!

The staff is kind and helpful. But the cool thing about this place is the $$$ you save. They really do have a wide selection of building materials so if you keep an open mind you can do pretty much any job with the materials at the ReStore. All while not destroying your pocket book.
