These guys are very dependable and do great work. Gary is always responsive, incredibly friendly, and thorough in his explanation of problems. I’ve been using them for different roofing issues for over 10 years now and always been happy with the work completed.

Gary is awesome! He is warm, patient, helpful and jovial. His crew was here on time and had the roof replaced in 8 hours. Impressive! He came back out and inspected. This the second roof Volkert has replaced for me. I would hire them again.

I had to wait a while for them to come out, but the others I called were the same way - we'd had some bad weather. When they did come out, they gave me a fair estimate, actually much lower than what I thought it would cost, and sent a responsible, respectful man, Joe, I thihk, to do the work. He showed me the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. It included shoring up part of the roof
