Very patient and helpful staff. David was responsive and answered all of our many questions. He helped with our tile selection and let us take home samples of decking, coping and tiles so we could see what it looked like together during different times of the day. This company has bad customer service. Called them to setup appointment on a Monday & was told they would call back to setup appointment once they found available day. Never got callback. Followed up with them and was given an appointment date which nobody showed up for. There was also no call or correspondence from them explaining why nobody showed for appointment.

Blake, Dave and their team of expert pool professionals did an excellent job of refurbishing our travertine paved deck.
As we noted a couple minor issues, they were quick to make any necessary repairs.
They went over every aspect of the project to ensure our satisfaction and cleaned up the property after job was completed. Well done Blake, Dave and team. Thank you.

would give a zero if available. scheduled a time and appointment without contacting me and then texted me 30 minutes past the appointment time saying it would be an hour longer to get here. We had plans so there will be no one at the house to meet him. Tried calling to inform him not to bother but the office closed at 4pm and the text number is just an automated system. waste of time.

EVERY TIME I CALL. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT HELPLING WITH MY PROBLEM. JUST WAITING NOW FOR THEM TO COME AND CHANGE OUT THE FILTER SAND AND GET IT RIGHT.

Great customer service and they get you in and out quickly. They do pool testing as well and offer advice on how to balance your pool. The only downside is that they have limited pool supplies but they do have all the chemicals you will need.
