Coffee was spilled on an oushack I had and two other companies came - fiber seal and an independent rug cleaner and they couldn’t get it out. I called VIP and they came and took the rug and cleaned the whole the thing and got the stain out. I really appreciate this local business. I have taken our rugs here for about 3 years now. We have dogs. So needless to say, regular cleanings are needed. They have done a great job each time. Their staff is always friendly. I also think their pricing is honest and fair.
