Can’t begin to tell you how satisfied we are with Ricky at Vintage Floors and our installer Guillermo! They helped us out with a small water leak in our kitchen; had to tear out a small section of our wood floors, and were prompt in getting us scheduled for the install once we were ready. Guillermo took the time to protect our new cabinets on the first day. He could not have been more professional

wow !!! Vintage Floors just completed our floor patch, fill in and refinish of our hard wood floors. The team did an amazing job. we cannot tell where the old and new come together and the finish matched the existing perfect. I cant say enough about how pleased we are. I've been in construction for over 40 years and this is one of the best floors i have seen new or refinished!!!

We are ecstatic about our finished floors. Workers were very skilled in their finish work. They were also respectful of us trying to live in our home while the process was happening. Nathan came to our home with samples when we were deciding which route to go and came back with larger examples to help us in the final decision. He is super knowledgeable about the flooring business! I highly recomm

Our home is around 3000 sq. ft. with stained concrete floors. Our experiences with this floor has continually gone down hill, lurching from one disaster to another. It seemed like anything other than water would leave a blemish. When we looked into getting it all cleaned and "redone" the quoted price was close enough to consider a new mousetrap.

I spoke to them twice and they came out to measure for an estimate. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I called last week to check and again no one called back. Non responsive and advise not to use.

Do not use this company. Short term service, installation and long term durability are horrible.
Having spent thousands on porcelain tile, ugly transition metal piece was installed and even though I offered to pay for the installation of a new transition piece, the request was ignored. In addition, the tiles in the hall are not level, the end of many pieces higher than the adjoining piece where it

We love our luxury vinyl tile from Vintage Flooring. We remodeled our home and VF installed and did all follow up in a timely manner. They show up when they say they will!! Extremely happy with this company from help picking out the product, installation and the service guys are top notch.

The tile we wanted for a bath remodel had to be ordered which was fine. Delivery day and time changed many times. The personnel and customer attention service was great. My only reason they don`t get 5 stars is this. Be very careful about how much you order! We gave them measurements from our contractor and ended up with more than we needed on 2 different styles, a backsplash on the counter top an
