A few months ago I purchased a new home from villanueva. Since day one been having issues first of all their was no hole for the dryer to vent, called them and they had to come and break wall. Then seen alot of mistakes on tile and grout, shower door doesn’t close. Paint is the worse part left alot of parts un painted and they did come and get some work done but left me a mess of paint everywhere

Can't thank Villanueva Construction enough for making my dream a reality. When I started the search for my new home I was very discouraged because all the other construction companies would turn me away and basically laugh at my budget. NOT with Villanueva Construction. They came and fixed a tile in my bathroom and in the process broke my tile in the shower. They were supposed to come back and fix it. 4 years later nothing. Left many messages but it seems they are always on vacation and can’t return a phone call. A lot of little rushed jobs throughout the house.

Some of villanuevas best work. Tile cracked all over the house. Doing repairs and turns out some of the tile was just place over the foundation no adhesive was used. Tape and float in poor quality while working on that couldn't find a match for the paint, turns out they just used primer never did the final coat. Don't buy from them! This construction company it's not worth spending your money with them, we've had so many issues since the first year we moved in our house, we would call and let them know and never did anything about it, we've complained so many times and nothing, they have so many houses that they don't take care of any of them once they finish them, NOW WE HAVE MOLD!!! 2 OF THE ROOMS DONT

I purchased a new four plex apartment building in April 2022. The process was smooth for the most part up until closing. The construction company advised me of charges that I was not aware of and had to pay them before closing. They told me of these charges a couple of weeks before and they were for things like; grass, water meters, and other things that you’d think come included in the purchase.
