We had a problem with tiles in my entryway lifting off the floor. The tile is discontinued and Eduardo Sagrera helped us come up with a design using a similar tile. The result was outstanding! The team that did the work was Elico and his helpers. They were so nice and very careful with my home. I would highly recommend the company and the work crew.

I went in to get replacement flooring. I have worked with this company for major jobs 2 or 3 times before and even went into the store with receipts so they could see measurements. It has 3.5 weeks and a phone call from my initial visit and no one has even bothered to get back to me. We finally got someone else to do the work. Nonexistent customer service!

We are very happy with our floor installation. Eduardo was helpful and professional from day 1 to finish. Jose and his team are very nice to work with and we would highly recommend them. We went to a few stores before choosing Viking and their pricing could not be beat! The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was one week before Thanksgiving, and I assumed they wouldn't be able to fit me in.. to my surprise we were completely installed in time for the holiday! The installation crew was very polite, and took care around all the furniture and walls as they walked through
