New master planned neighborhood but nothing special. About 6 years into the 20 year build out and other than a large pool (in a shopping center which is weird enough) there are currently no other amenities.
Note- this is not the typical Lennar, DR Horton, KB neighborhood that will turn into rentals. It is a nicer community and still growing.

I really love this neighborhood/master plan community. So many different "neighborhoods" within the community and so much is still to come. It's so nice to know that everything will be so close. No need to leave the neighborhood! Amazing.

Overpriced homes for adequate builders. Model homes are amazing, but the home you get, don't expect much, other than an astronomical mortgage. Community pool is big, but why was it built next to a main street, and now shops are going up around the pool. Not a well thought out plan. Plus there is no parking for the pool so everyone parks on the street, in the bike lane. Hmmm, need to check legality

I love this school. My kids absolutely love their teachers. They always are excited to go to school and are always so excited to tell me about their day when they come home.

I just walk thru here dailey. Growing fast I like the open fences...seems friendlier...Cannot wait for for Neighborhood Restaurant...
