We had a home built by Antonio Guajardo/Ventoni Construction. We were very excited as this was our first home. But instead of a wonderful, exciting experience it turned into a nightmare. There were so many problems and delays (not due to supply issues) it would take too long to list every detail on what was wrong and continues to be wrong with this house. The builder Tony sent a contract to buy the lot I had for sale for his client, he did NOT deliver earnest money till 2 weeks later AFTER I called him to ask him why the title company did not have the money it was the beginning of on going lies after lies after making me wait for 90 days lost the deal and KEPT the buyers deposit who is now suing HIM never use him!!!! I had give 1 star but he deser
