Rented for a few years here, never had a bad experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I was researching moving in, and moving out was just as easy. Inside the units can get pretty dusty (as is typical in Del Rio) but I never had an issue with bugs or mice. Would rent from again!

Update: I only picked this facility because I was informed the doors were a certain height. This turned out to be false information once I arrived to park in my assigned unit and discovered I was too tall for the unit. Also, I rented two units and when I canceled one, they canceled my account completely so I was unable to ever log in to fix my payment for the remaining unit. This was very confu

After searching for a reliable storage unit, I found Velocity Self Storage. The owners are very caring and very helpful. When I told them what I needed stored they were very knowledgeable and the space I rented was PERFECT for my needs especially for the prices of the units monthly. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a secure and safe place to store your belongings.

Fantastic experience renting here. Very military friendly and offered a military discount. Best storage place around that’s affordable and extremely easy to rent from. Moving out was simple and without a hassle. Can’t recommend them enough

Be aware, if ever encounter the owner he does have an aroma of pizza, pretty sure hes Italian. Not a bad thing i would considered it to be an amenity.

I contacted the owners prior to them completing everything on site. They let us move in before completion. When we needed second unit due to unforeseen circumstances they let us get the unit next to the one we already had not questions asked. Again we moved into our second unit before completion date. I will continue to rent from here. This place has the best staff. They are very helpful and nice. Place is clean and great rates. I loved that I could do it all from my phone and that they offer discounts for military and law enforcement. It's easily accessible as well.
