New furnace and AC installed, a high-end efficient two stage unit with an electronic air filter system. Sales guy also sold pre-paid maintenance contract. After visiting and "servicing" the unit, finding everything working well and signed off, a few months later the starting capacitor failed and the unit was inoperable. The starting capacitor is by far the common failure point in home a/c systems.
