John and Mario were excellent. The process started with John’s inspection and initial measurement of my windows. Then, I was given a very competitive price. Mario came to do the precise measurements, and then he came out again with the contractors to complete the project. The windows are high quality, double paned and are a stark improvement over the original aluminum windows from the 1970s. I wou

Ms. Karen was very efficient and addressed my request for replacement of windows for my entire home. She explained the process thoroughly. When my order was complete she notified me and worked with my schedule for installation. The workers were very efficient and completed the installation in 1/2 a day. I’m am overall greatly pleased with the whole job from beginning to completion.

Value Windows replaced 27 windows at our house. Pricing was competitive, installation was first rate, and the quality is great. Value windows replaced all my windows and sliding glass door. The windows and door are beautiful and I have had lots of compliments from neighbors who have asked for their information. I’ve been a general contractor for over 10 years and I’ve worked with multiple window companies. I’ve always been very happy with Karen and the quality and especially the price of their windows . Their premium brand is most other companies basic price.
