Fun fun fun on a Wednesday. Perfect timing for our grandson’s 5th birthday celebration. Team members were so kind and helpful with our grandson’s shenanigans. He enjoyed himself so much! All areas were so clean and well kept. He loved the variety of playful options of play. Can’t wait to return for more playful outings!

Took my 2 sons, we spent a little over 3 hours playing. I myself even did the courses with them. There is a dodgeball court, a Zipline, a "ninja warrior" type course, a "battle beam", and several other various specialty trampolines, along with just basic jump areas. They also have arcade games and pizza, which I've heard is good but we didn't try it. Altogether was a fun and quality time spent bei

Kids had a great time. They can jump @ home. Will be canceling my 2 memberships. They no longer have pizza & a drink no perks!!!!!!! What the what

We went for my sons 10th birthday as soon as they opened on a Saturday and I was so disappointed.
This is a really small location compared to other ones we've been to. I was pretty displeased with how small everything was then saw the disappointment in my son's face.
The website made it seem like the location was far bigger than what it was with more attractions. The place was in an old departme

We’ve had a membership here for several years and my kids have really enjoy playing here! It’s great value!
Unfortunately, the staffs customer service has really gone down hill lately!! Who you have working for you and the treatment of your customers matters!

This is such a great place to have a child’s birthday party!!! My grandson turned 3 on Sunday and we invited his little friends and family to join us in celebrating. The kids had such a fabulous time and the adults were able to sit back, relax and enjoy!!! The UA staff took care of everything else!!

We have had a membership here for over a year and it only gets worse as time goes on. We’ve had full grown teenagers threaten to beat up my 9 year old autistic daughter. Management did nothing, I had to ask for an escort to our car. We haven’t come back in months and today 3/12/26 she decided to brave it again since it’s a weekday. I love your manager Kennedy. As someone who parks herself in a massage chair, while my kids play, I get to do a lot of people watching. I love how she handles difficult customers or directs the employees to their tasks and whatnot. She’s kind of the badass I wish I was but I’m a timid person😂
