Alerted two employees. Little kids/babies almost fell under the trampolines. Sat waiting for anyone to come assist for over 45 minutes. Guarded it myself to make sure no kiddos got hurt. Currently still waiting.

This place is a good place for a children’s birthday party, a teenager's birthday party, or even an adult birthday party. They have beautiful things, beautiful places to play. It would’ve been super duper helpful to know the true hours of operation before driving almost 30 minutes to get to the empty building. They were generous enough to tape a piece of paper to the door that lets us know when they’re actually open..although online it states that they are supposed to be open at 10 a.m.

This place is a lot of fun for young children and teenagers. My son loves spending hours here and going home wiped out.
After the Katy location closed, we tried this location. It’s in good shape and appears to be well managed. It was packed with kids, which my son prefers.
Plenty of seating for adults to chill while the kids play. They serve beer and wine as well to keep us under control. ;)

Came here with high aspirations and ready to let our kids have a great time. Check in process was a bit clunky as they couldn’t get all of our waivers onto a single payment. Got the kids going first and waited to get ourselves paid for after. We paid for the $30 premium which gives access to everything and it wasn’t worth it. They had the GREATEST service I've received in a very long time! Adja at the front desk was top tier with getting us taken care of in a professional and timely manner! Angel with party center went out of his way to make sure our party area was taken care neat & clean! Daziah at the cashier went above & beyond for every customer not just me! Went w the family yesterday for my nieces birthday. Super clean staff was AMAZING, kind, & attentive. The atmosphere was so comfortable. It felt very safe. The young man Cameron who was in charge of the rock climbing was phenomenal. He made sure every harness was on correctly & let the kids take their time. Very patient! This place used to be very popular and exciting — kids loved it, and there were lots of trampolines and fun activities. Unfortunately, it’s not quite the same anymore. There are noticeably fewer trampolines now, and they’ve added arcade games instead, which just don’t have the same appeal. Some of the best jumping areas and attractions are gone.
