Brought 8 kids to this location tonight for my kids 5th birthday and the workers were phenomenal from start to finish. The guy at check in was so sweet and didn’t get overwhelmed by all the kids everywhere. He had the wristbands down and remembered what kid had each pass. I recently had my child’s birthday party here and it was incredible. The form desk was so friendly and helpful. Especially one young lady who took care of checking us in and cooking our concessions. Samantha was incredibly sweet and helpful. I would recommend urban air Rockwall to any parents looking for a place for their children’s birthday party. The park was clean and well managed. Urban Air Adventure Park absolutely deserves a five-star review! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and welcoming. The park itself is clean, well-organized, and packed with activities for all ages. From trampolines to obstacle courses, there was never a dull moment, and everything felt safe and well supervised.

I recently went with the dad‘s group and the kids had a blast! Everyone loved the pizza and the employees made them feel like big kids! A couple of employees stood out, Jules and Kennedy… Also very pleased to say that the restrooms were clean, hard to find these days. We will be back soon.

Visited this location this past Sunday with my niece and nephew, and what a blast they had! They enjoyed every activity and did not want to leave! The staff is amazing, so attentive and patient with all the kiddos, they all engaged and chatted with my niece and nephew - but the team member that stood out most to them was Jules. They only wanted to visit the areas where she was - so sweet and kind.

We had an awesome time at Urban Air Rockwall this weekend, and a huge shout-out goes to Brenden! He was a fantastic court monitor—super professional, focused, and great with the kids. He did an amazing job keeping everyone safe while making sure the energy stayed high and fun. It’s a relief as a parent to see a staff member so engaged and helpful.
