I had a great experience at Universal Furniture. Thomas (Jojo) was incredibly helpful and made the entire shopping process easy and stress-free. What really blew me away, though, was the speed. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the assembly team was professional and efficient. It’s rare to find a place that values your time as much as your business. I’ll definitely be back

The furnitures were top quality and it was very elegant, functional and stylish at the same time. We were able to find the exact mattress type we were looking for. White glove delivery was offered at no cost and we received the items within 3 days. Mr. Jojo was professional, friendly and he has an excellent customer approach. I would definitely recommend checking his store out and also looking for

I normally don't post reviews but, I had to make my review known, I purchased a sectional back in July l, August 2025 and before I purchased the sectional was not on display so I picked from online, I clearly stated that I wanted a firm sectional something that will last, it's for every day use. When the sectional arrived I could see that the couch was small, but ok then when they guy set it up n
