J Paul Teel (Sale and our Project Manager) worked very diligently to 'earn' our roof replacement job. As we began to get quotes, we were decided to only be 'shopping' for a name-brand shingle, to be installed by a well-established LOCAL company.
I was pleased that he and United were able to use a true 'class 4', more-hail-resistant shingle product; and to make this upgrade fit within our budget.

United Roofing installed our replacement roof back in 2021 after the huge hail storm. They did a fantastic job with the installation. I asked them to come out recently to do an inspection just to make sure there were no issues since it was almost 5 years old. They found a few minor issues that needed addressing and I learned today that they are going to fix all these issues for free under warra
