Shane helped us out in the clutch, delivered us our tool equipment needs on a last minute request and it really helped us push this job out. He brought us concrete planers and three stage hepa vacuums so we were able to remove 1" of concrete to install this beautiful porcelain for our customer. Fantastic service by Shane and Matt today...the Friday of Labor Day weekend! Shane personally delivered our machine and when we had an issue, he called Service Tech Matt who was onsite in 10 minutes. The branch team is great also...kudos to Manager Dale, Inside Sales Rep Stephanie and the others for building great customer relationships!

These Guys had the Grinder, Dust vacuum, with cords, hoses, and the diamonds to help Prep My Floor before apply the Epoxy Coating. Even counseled me on how to achieve the needed profile to get the floor smooth and open so as to promote the adhesion and finished product.
Thanks to all of you for being there and the delivery and pickup.
