We have started our journey on our new house build. We have worked on the plans and design, with Caleb. We have been thoroughly impressed with Caleb’s professionalism. We asked a ton of questions, and he took the time to answer them all. We are excited to break ground and eventually move in. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this home while working as an AT&T technician, and I was genuinely impressed. The interior of the house is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, clean, and welcoming. Just as memorable was the hospitality I received. The homeowners were incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Their friendliness made my job smoother and truly stood out.

Team UBH Terrell Tx was a great process.Juan Bravo sales associate was tremendous from the start with giving detail information about the process. Caleb and Paul were very easy to work with. Paul had guys out there almost every day of the build. Little to no down time. House came out great. Only thing I can complain about was the disconnect between the sales team and builder. For example we signed for a freestanding tub and a drop in was installed.. with that being said ANY issue that was found was fixed with no hassle at all by Paul and Cal
