My husband and I went to Ulrich, " just to look around", and got such great service. Tracy was wonderful, she showed us almost every building there and we decided on a design building to turn into our little Granny Pad. It turned out beautiful! Tracy even took pictures of the building as it was being built and sent them to us! She went above and beyond! Everyone was so helpful and extremely nice

The experience was easy going and all our questions, which are many, were answered thoroughly and professionally. Erica was absolutely amazing throughout this process. I wouldn’t recommend this store. I’m a really new customer and just had my shed delivered in 12/17/25. So, far what I ordered isn’t what I received and Jorden the project mgr won’t call to help get this resolved. I’ve been dealing with Patrick in sales, who is very professional. If this doesn’t get resolved to my satisfaction, I will have them to come pick it up and refund my money. Let me not f

Ulrich is a top notch builder. Johnny designed us a beautiful Cabin and went above and beyond to make sure our design needs were met. Both Johnny and Rob provided great customer service and delivered a quality product/cabin. Ulrich shed is an awesome company my designer Patrick Henry made it so easy to bring my vision to life. Amanda was my financial representative she was so friendly and kind, Jordan was my project manager he made sure I was happy with everything he scheduled my delivery to accommodate my schedule.
