In July 2018 my family and I were planning to move to Texas. I found Tyrian Designer Homes during a home search on Zillow and liked the style/layout of the homes. I started working with Jamie (the owner) via email/ phone calls to get our home design process started. I did a solo trip to Temple, TX to discuss the process with him in person. Things seemed great but we hadn't signed any docs or hand

We recently bought our first home with Tyrian designer homes. House is very good looking. We are in love with the house. The owner ( Jamie) took care of everything we ask and was very helpful during the process. Overall, we are very happy with the house!! The dishwasher wasn’t working and Jamie, ( the owner) gave us a brand new one.

Even tho the process of building the home took longer than we expected, it was absolutely worth the wait to get into our beautiful, one of a kind home. We've been in our home for 2 1/2 months and are pleased with the craftsmanship and quality.

I have had the painful experience of working with Jamie (owner of Tyrian Designer Homes) from finding a plot, designing a house, moving across country into a unfinished home.
At first Jamie was charismatic and light hearted. He worked with me through many blue print designs to get the house I wanted. As soon as the contract was signed we lost most of our support. We signed with a 3 car garage, but

Company did not complete warranty work.
Company did not return emails or phone calls.
Smaller company that has last pick on subs. You will likely get the bottom of the barrel.
Get things in writing because verbal agreements are unlikely to be honored.
One quote I loved from the experience with the owner is "I am here to make it function, not make it look good".

We started working with Jamie @ Tyrian Designer Homes in January 2019. We have been in our home 7 months. Items from our original walk through have yet to be repaired. Open warranty requests incomplete. Doesn't work well with others; contractor, realtor, and buyer alike. I strongly suggest buying a home from another builder.

I also agree on a zero star review. This builder and his staff are the worst you could even work with. We purchased a home in July of 2020, the house was not done for our walk through. We were assured everything would be completed if we just kept in touch with their office. We still have a warped door on our house for a front door and missing corner pieces on the floor trimming. If we could select 0 stars we would. We bought a brand new home with Tyrian Home and if I could recommend anything it would be to never buy a home with them. We are almost to our 1 year warranty and we have over 10 issues that have never been resolved and several are safety issues. Tyrian homes doesn't work with you once they have your money and they hire contractors that are unprofessional. P
