The process went well on ordering, scheduling, and installing the shed. Tuff Shed also did all the paperwork to request the building permit from the city. Madison in the Tyler Tx store does a great job at assisting her customers through out the whole process.

It was helpful to do an onsite visit at the Tuff Shed store to actually see shed sizes and colors. Our salesman was very helpful in helping us select some of the features like the ramps and colors. The installers did a great job installing it. We have had 2 tough sheds in the past at a previous house, and the quality of this Tuff Shed seems to have been improved quite a bit. The walls and the

We just had a shed built and installed by Tuff Shed. It took us two months(+) to finally get the shed after we ordered it (COVID, etc). The two bright shining spots regarding the experience were the sales representative (Tab Haley) and the assembly team based in Arkansas.
